Pulsar Rentals is the trade name under which the properties presented on asteria-pulsar.fr are offered for rent. This policy explains how personal data is processed on this website, during bookings and through the Pulsar Rentals social media accounts.
Data controllers
Each property is operated by a separate entity, which is responsible for the data relating to its bookings:

The asteria-pulsar.fr website, the contact form and the Pulsar Rentals social media accounts are managed by Guillaume Boissard.

Data collected
- Booking: last name, first name, email, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests, messages exchanged, payment information (processed by the payment provider, never stored by us).
- Contact form: name, email, phone number, message content.
- Browsing: technical data strictly necessary for the website to function.

The content published on social media shows only our properties: it contains no personal data about our guests.
Recipients
Data is accessible only to the operator of the property concerned and to its technical service providers, within the limits of their tasks: booking management tool (SuperHote), booking platforms, payment provider, website host, messaging services (including WhatsApp, provided by Meta) and the provider of the artificial intelligence agent. It is never sold.
WhatsApp messaging and AI agent
When you write to us on WhatsApp at +33 7 59 95 90 77, your messages (phone number, profile name, content) are received through Meta's WhatsApp Business API and kept in our message history, linked to your booking.
To reply to you faster, an artificial intelligence agent analyses your message and prepares a suggested reply. No reply is sent to you without being reviewed and approved by your host. The provider of this agent processes this data solely to provide the service and does not use it to train its models.
When a conversation concerns an incident or a dispute, a copy may be added to the messaging system of the booking platform concerned (Airbnb, Booking.com), through our management tool SuperHote, to keep a record of it.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (managing your stay) and legitimate interest (keeping a record of conversations).
Connected applications (Google / YouTube, Meta, TikTok)
To publish its own videos and photos, Pulsar Rentals uses an internal application, managed by Guillaume Boissard, connected to its YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and TikTok accounts. This application:
- only accesses the Pulsar Rentals accounts;
- is used solely to publish content on these accounts;
- does not collect, store or share any data about other users.
Use of YouTube services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
Retention period
- Booking data: for the duration of the stay, then 10 years for accounting records.
- Contact requests: 3 years from the last exchange.
- WhatsApp conversations: 3 years after your last stay or last exchange.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@asteria-pulsar.fr.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, in particular to remember the language you have chosen.
It also loads the Google Ads tag (gtag.js), provided by Google, which is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, for example when a visitor uses the booking module on the QuietStay page.
